I’m many things.
Hi, I’m Kasia Hamilton, a creative practitioner originally from Poland, now living in East Sussex and sharing my time between the quiet of the sea and the vibrancy of London.
My professional background is in interior design, with many years spent creating interactive and narrative-driven experiences. Alongside this, I lecture at the University of the Arts London, where I deeply value the opportunity to connect with students and share creative practice with new generations.
My path took a decisive turn while living in Vietnam during the pandemic, where my diverse interests - design, teaching, textiles, plant-based cooking, and yoga - began to merge into a holistic lifestyle and practice.
This integration deepened further after the death of my husband in 2023, which led me to explore the role of creative practice in healing. Through working with fibres and textiles, immersing myself in plant-based cooking, and practising yoga, I found ways to process, begin healing, and grow.
Today, my practice is an evolving ecosystem of creativity and wellbeing: from retreat and private cheffing to textile art, from lecturing to yoga teaching. At the heart of it all is a belief that creativity and educating, whether through food, design, or fibre, can be both nourishing and transformative.
If this resonates with you, I’d love to talk about how we might collaborate.
